At GARD PRO UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our UK-based fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
